Terms of Use

Initial website and education introduction terms, subject to the final service agreement and professional legal review before launch.

Nature of the service

UK Elite Tutors provides a curated education introduction service. We use information supplied by families and independent educators, together with professional judgement, to identify potentially compatible introductions. We are not a tutoring school, educator employer, payment processor or guarantor of academic outcomes.

Introduction policy

The service begins after the family's educational requirement has been understood. Recommendations consider the information provided, educator expertise, teaching approach, communication, availability and the potential fit between both sides.

An introduction is accepted when the family confirms that it wishes to begin continuing lessons after an initial conversation or trial lesson. If the first recommendation is unsuitable, reasonable further support will be provided within [Matching period to be confirmed]. Replacement terms: [Replacement recommendation terms to be confirmed].

Independent lessons

Lesson quality, scheduling, cancellation, contracts and payments are agreed directly between the family and educator. Lesson fees are paid directly by the family to the educator. UK Elite Tutors cannot guarantee grades, examination outcomes, admissions decisions or uninterrupted educator availability.

Safeguarding and conduct

Safeguarding concerns and reports of professional misconduct must be escalated promptly to UK Elite Tutors. Educators and students must respect academic-integrity requirements.
